Wheels for Pookie

Pookie is a sweet 6 year old Miniature Dachshund who has been paralyzed for 3 years. She is in need of a wheelchair so she can get around with her disabled owner. Her owner Bob Salmon is a disabled man who suffers from lung cancer and tubercullosis. He is on oxygen 24 hours a day. These 2 need each other. It is amazing to see how much they dote on each other. Bob is not a man who would ever ask for help. I saw them while at our veterinarians office. Please help me to help them. Pookie is also incontinent so some diapers would help her also.
